Le Lot is a department rich in cliffs and natural environments, which is the joy of climbers grouped in four clubs (Cahors, Gourdon, Puy-la'Bishop and Gramat) which are found within the departmental committee chaired by Laurent Peyral. The committee took the initiative to publish a guide listing 600 tracks on a dozen cliffs (Autoire, Montcabrier, Milhac, Saint-Géry, Worms, Cele Valley, Arcambal and Lot Valley) for sale in the tourist offices.
