POISSONNERIE BELLOCQ
The quality of the products you find at Poissonnerie Bellocq is no longer to be proven. Pascal Bellocq is a craftsman at heart and only sells what he likes. He is therefore particularly attached to the origin of the fish and seafood he offers his customers, starting with his suppliers of oysters, to take away or consume on the spot: in particular, André-Gilles Taillepied and his specials from Isigny, Pierre-Marie Barrau and its Marennes-Oléron, Yvon Madec and its North Brittany... not to mention of course Gillardeau! Pascal Bellocq is particularly careful that his products do not come from a farm or a large trawler. This is undoubtedly one of the best fishmongers in Toulouse, and has been for more than seventy-five years. On weekends, between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., at aperitif time, you can even taste oysters, shrimps, smoked salmon, whelks, cooked, fresh and hand-picked cakes. Over a glass of carefully chosen wine, always in harmony with the selected seafood, in a friendly market atmosphere, it is an address to note in your smart notebooks!
