Although their primary activity remains that of wine merchant, their knowledge of wines and sharing the pleasure of tasting have led them to specialize in oenology evenings. Once or twice a week, an appointment is made between 8pm and 10:30pm around a theme (Rhums, Bordeaux wines, wine and food pairings...) and cheese and charcuterie boards to soak up the alcoholic fumes! Wines and spirits will no longer hold any gustatory secrets for you, but the magic of alchemy will!
