After 6 years in the making, Les Halles de la Cartoucheries will open in September 2023 in the 14,000 m² of rehabilitated former GIAT factories. Inside this immense pink-brick building, a 3,000 m² gourmet hall with seating for 1,500 and 27 stalls will be open for shopping, drinking, eating and feasting for lunch and dinner. It features traditional market stalls, street and world cuisine, a grocery store and a cookery school.

Pas si intéressant que ça
Intéressant pour la vie du quartier avec sa salle de sport et d'autres équipements, mais côté restauration, rien à avoir avec d'autres lieux industriels devenus des endroits pour manger comme à Lisbonne, Londres, .. en plus très bruyant .
