The identity of Vietnam's kitchen has been forged through the fusion of the kitchens of all the people who have invaded this country over the centuries. It is therefore her honor to perpetuate this culinary tradition by merging the principles of Vietnamese street cuisine with the New York street food. Batbat tried it for the pleasure of your papillae, both for salty and sweet. In this original tea room you will enjoy the taste of home drinks, the delicacy of the organic teas, the character of warm chocolates, the authenticity of the granities, smoothies and milkshakes prepared in the moment with real fruit. You will have to choose between cookies, madeleins, coconut rock, carrot cake, lemon cake or even pie and cheesecakes… not to mention the pastries offered in the mood of the chef! Many gluten and/or vegetable preparations are available. Batbat Daurade also created a Brunch fusion, which you can enjoy on Saturdays and Sundays. Company games, books to exchange and cultural events to be won are also offered.
