The identity of Vietnam's kitchen has been forged through the fusion of the kitchens of all the people who have invaded this country throughout the centuries. It is therefore his honour to continue this culinary tradition by merging the principles of Vietnamese street cuisine and the new York street-food-food. BatBat has been tried for the pleasure of your taste buds, both for the salt (bagels/Dau-Mi and brunch), as for sweet (Chés and cakes). In this original tea lounge, you will enjoy the taste of home drinks, the delicacy of organic teas, the character of hot chocolates, the authenticity of textured, smoothies and milkshakes prepared in the moment with real fruit, you will have to choose between cookies, madeleines, coco, carot'cake, lemon cake or even pies and cheesecakes… not to mention the pastries proposed in the mood of the… Chief. The exclusive New York/Hanoi fusion of BbatBat Bream: Bagels sandwiches - Dau Mi, with scents of all aromatic herbs and unique sauces made by BatBat which highlight salmon, maison, marinated beef, tofu… (proposed Monday to Friday until 19 pm). BatBat Bream has also created a Fusion Brunch, which you can enjoy on Saturdays (reservation) and Sunday, between 11 a. M. and 14 p. m.
