Historically, this niche under the stairs of the Daurade was home to... drowned people recovered from the Garonne! The old morgue is now a bar, the Pêcheurs de Sable, named after the men who used to collect sand from the river bed to build Toulouse. A beautiful menu highlights the local products. As for drinks, don't miss the basil wine! In the evening, with garlands of lights and musicians, it's a guinguette moment with an unforgettable view on the Grave illuminated and the sun setting the city on fire.
