In this 160 year old bakery, the recipe for fouace is a real treasure, which has been carefully passed down through six generations. The speciality of the Roux house, with its scent of orange blossom mixed with the fragrance of wheat, is acclaimed for miles around by lovers of good home-made products. The rissoles and prune tarts and the candied fruit cake are also among the favourite cakes of the house's customers.

A fuir le thé d Aubrac vendu 9,50 au lieu de 6,20 partout de plus on vas acheter des glaces on fait même pas 2 mètre que les boules de glaces tombent je retourne de suite avec mon cône à la main on me remet les 2 boules de glaces et on me refait payé une honte on est des clients fidèle mais là on nous reverra plus c’est devenu une boul Algérie ou il y a que l argent qui compte rien d autre

Nous avons pris de quoi manger rapidement le midi la tarte à la tomme était très bonne de même que le feuilleté au fromage et le croquant aux amandes.
Point noir les glaces, très grasses, très sucrées même pour des amateurs de plaisirs sucrés.
