In this 160 year old bakery, the recipe for fouace is a real treasure, which has been carefully passed down through six generations. The speciality of the Roux house, with its scent of orange blossom mixed with the fragrance of wheat, is acclaimed for miles around by lovers of good home-made products. Je suis d'accord avec les autres avis, la Fouace n'est pas une brioche excellente mais il faut reconnaitre qu'elle est très bien faite dans cette boulangerie. Par contre j'ai gouté à leur éclair au café, là c'est top !

Très déçue de cette fouace, je m’attendais à autre chose vu le prix 9 euros. Pâte très serrée et sèche pour une brioche. J’aurai du la goûter avant de l’acheter mais il n’y avait pas de plateau dégustation.

Les sandwichs sont délicieux, autant le pain que la garniture. La patronne et la serveuse sont très serviables.

Je recommande très vivement ! Touriste Breton de passage à Laguiole, j'ai un gros coup de coeur ❤️ pour le cake aux fruits????????????.
