Cédric Da Costa Faro chose Aubrac and its wide-open spaces to practice a trade that is rare in France today: chocolate roasting. He transforms cocoa beans harvested in the four corners of the globe - in India, Africa and South America - into explosively flavorful bars. Cédric adheres to the "Bean to bar" movement, whose aim is to magnify the true flavor of cocoa, without adding fat or vegetable flavoring. Cédric also produces a hazelnut spread from the South-West of France, and shares his know-how in workshops.

J’ai commandé plusieurs tablettes de chocolat et je suis vraiment ravie ! Le goût est délicieux, les saveurs sont bien équilibrées et la qualité est au rendez-vous. Mention spéciale pour la texture fondante et les ingrédients de qualité. Le service de commande et de livraison étaient également impeccable : rapide, efficace et sans aucun souci. Je recommande vivement.

Excellent ! Je suis enthousiasmée par la très grande qualité des chocolats que j’ai reçus. Le chocolat au lait de brebis est vraiment exceptionnel. J’aime beaucoup la présentation en fines baguettes qui ajoute encore de la subtilité.
