You can buy directly from Ferme Darrigade: pork pâtés with foie gras, duck fat, duck gizzards confit, quails stuffed with foie gras... Connoisseurs also come for the asparagus, preserves and "le Cassouhète", the peanut cassoulet. The Darrigade farm produces both peanuts and corn. Oil and spread production is reserved for delicatessens. In July and August, you can visit the farm free of charge by registering with the tourist office.

A voir ! Laurent, notre très sympathique guide passionné par son métier, nous a fait découvrir les différentes activités de la Ferme. Nous avons découvert la culture de la cacahuète, très surprenante ! Si vous souhaitez soutenir les petits agriculteurs de notre beau pays, n'hésitez pas à vous rendre à la FERME DARRIGADE !
