You can buy directly from Ferme Darrigade: pork pâtés with foie gras, duck fat, duck gizzards confit, quails stuffed with foie gras... Connoisseurs also come for the asparagus, preserves and "le Cassouhète", the peanut cassoulet. The Darrigade farm produces both peanuts and corn. Oil and spread production is reserved for delicatessens. In July and August, you can visit the farm free of charge by registering with the tourist office.

Le foie gras est trop cuit et le chocolat noir n'a pas beaucoup de goût. Le saucisson est bien parfumé mais je ne l'ai pas encore goûté

Un rayon viande bien gourmand avec des magrets, du foie gras mi cuit abordable.
Donc, en passant, faite un arrêt à la ferme, osez la cacahuète, c'est un régal...C'est naturel, direct producteur, et très bon.
