For more than 40 years, Fermiers Landais has advocated free-range rearing, under the pine trees in their famous portable huts. In 1965, they were awarded the first Label Rouge in history, and in 2005, free-range chicken was voted product of the year. Chickens, capons, foie gras ducks, fattened geese... Everything is processed in accordance with the strictest hygiene and traceability standards to guarantee total safety.

Son and grandson of a tenant farmer, Clément Baillet had the idea, 10 years ago, of clearing a family plot of land with the help of eight goats to become a goatherd and make a living from cheese production. Has the gamble paid off? Yes! Joined by Marie in 2016, the two partners don't hesitate to refer to themselves as "cheeky farmers". Today, they raise a herd of 150 Pyrenean goats for milk and kid production, as well as Gascon pigs. They sell their cheeses at the Saint-Sever market on Saturday mornings.

This farmers' and breeders' store is a response to the evident craze for local produce. Three local producers have joined forces to sell their local produce of fruit, vegetables, meats, etc. in the store. Not forgetting groceries and creamery products, right down to baby food! It was in June 2023 that Aurélie Mallet decided to take over the old grocery store backing onto the Saint-Sever abbey church. From its origins in 1946, only the good products remain! Among the teapots and a few useful accessories for our daily lives, we find fresh fruit and vegetables grown a few kilometers away, farmhouse and artisan cheeses, jams, pâtés, wine... The young woman also prepares beautiful fruit baskets and cheese platters, organizes tastings and welcomes you in tea room mode.
