Restaurant offering lava stone cooking in Saint-Paul-lès-Dax.

Le Brasero is one of the few restaurants in the Landes region to offer lava stone cooking. This volcanic stone retains and releases heat while absorbing fat and cooking juices. Lava stone grills are available as daily specials. And for a quality grill, Le Brasero also takes care to source its meat. For example, the beef is exclusively of French origin. At the helm are Isabelle and Jean-Louis, who took over the establishment created by Cédric Bouillon in 2013. Combination dishes are always popular.

De passage dans le coin, nous avons eu une superbe expérience en découvrant ce restaurant. Une équipe accueillante et chaleureuse, de belles assiettes et une bonne cuisine.
