The Maison Barthouil, established in Peyrehorade in the Pays d'Orthe region since 1929, specializes in the sale of products of great character: salmon and foie gras. The history of Maison Barthouil is intimately linked to this region of the southern Landes, situated at the confluence of the Pyrenean Gaves. Here, the soil is fertile, the corn abundant, the river water cold and tumultuous. Today, proud of its origins, the Barthouil family is more determined than ever to enhance the value of this land through its craftsmanship and the unique taste of its products.
