Under the presidency of Jacques Foerster, the Cercle d'escrime de Sarrebourg, which has just celebrated its 50th anniversary, has been organizing international wheelchair fencing events for many years, with the same logic every time: to welcome the athletes and offer them a high quality and challenging platform to prepare them for major events. In 2023, Sarrebourg hosted the French Championship as a precursor to the 2024 Olympic Games.

Cycling fans know that December 26 is the Sarrebourg cyclo-cross! And this has been the case for generations of cyclists. So, on Boxing Day, it's pedal to the metal in Sarrebourg. The event sees some 150 riders from all over Lorraine, Alsace and beyond compete against each other along a sporting course with obstacles and traps.
