The cooperative was set up in 1982 by duck producers wishing to pool their know-how. In 1999, the cooperative's efforts to enhance product quality paid off with the award of the Label Rouge label. Today, some 80 duck breeders and feeders supply the cooperative with fresh produce every week. Products and gift sets can be found in the store, as well as on the online boutique.
