Ferme animalière Tauzia is an authentic Landes farm in the purest Chalossaise tradition. Cathy and Serge Dupouy have been raising ducks and geese for over 40 years. Of course, they also make and sell their own products. On the menu: whole duck foie gras, garbure landaise, duck axoa, duck breast stuffed with foie gras, stuffed duck neck, duck legs, gizzards...
