TAUZIA FARM

For more than forty years, the Tauzia farm, listed as a Ferme Découverte, has stood on the hillsides of Chalosse, of which it is a proud representative. It is specialized in duck breeding. It is a real small country museum that is installed there: you can discover the free-range breeding of goslings and geese for foie gras, you can watch the force-feeding of the ducks before stopping at the shop to buy, among other things, foies gras, confits, duck breasts stuffed with foie gras and other rillettes... all of which are produced by hand at the farm.
