A museum born of the imagination of a few enthusiasts and collectors of old tools, offering exhibitions, games and events.

Born of the imagination of a few enthusiasts and collectors of old tools, the Musée des Traditions Landaises will take you on a journey through the discovery of everyday objects from Marensin in the 19th and 20th centuries. Life in the forest, gemmage, Landes races, maïade, fishing... The life of the inhabitants of the Lit-et-Mixe and Léon areas is brought to life in a video. Plus: photo exhibitions, games and entertainment! Volunteers also invite you to visit the church on Mondays and Thursdays from 11am to 12pm from July to September. Let's make the most of it!

Très joli et intéressant musée avec des bénévoles accueillants qui prennent le temps de vous monter la vie landaise d'avant. On ne s'attendait pas à une telle qualité tant au niveau des guides que des objets à decouvrir. DeN'hesitez pas à y aller.

Una pequeña joya de museo ????️, confeccionado con objetos antiguos y recuerdos donados por los habitantes de Lit-et-Mixe. Las visitas son guiadas, realizadas por voluntarios. No se permite la visita por libre. La duración es en torno a una hora, y el coste es totalmente gratuito. Muchas gracias por las explicaciones y por la amabilidad!
