OLD TOWN HALL
Old town hall of Louis XVI style with 2 floors in Saint-Mihiel with a facade with a sundial
In the 18th century, the town of Saint-Mihiel decided to build a communal building. The building is a two-storey Louis XVI-style residence, crowned by a belfry. A projecting forebuilding occupies the central part of the building. Each floor is decorated with medallions containing portraits of Louis XVI and his wife. These were removed during the French Revolution. The façade features a sundial. Classified as a remarkable facade, the interior can be viewed during the European Heritage Days.
