Guy Steininger welcomes us in his shop dedicated to the products of the hive. The honeys are from Lorraine (special mention to the delicious fir tree honey from the Vosges mountains) or imported from Spain or New Zealand. Guy is able to tell us about each product, its properties and virtues.
