Gymnastics Nancy

At Mademoiselle Pôle, sport is all about having fun and discovering disciplines that are a change from the traditional jogging/pool... Here, classes range from Pole Dance to aerial yoga, aerial hooping, PilaYoga, prenatal yoga, Pole Exotic and flexibility classes. The school also offers workshops and courses for children: Pole Kids and Pole Ado. Please note that the school is affiliated to the Fédération française de Danse, and requires a license to take classes.
