This institute revolves exclusively around yoga and offers Hatha and Yoga Nidra classes all year round, except in July and August. The courses are given during the week, according to the levels and the desires of each one. Workshops and courses, around a specific theme, are also offered during the school holidays. The teacher, Valérie Rémy, is a graduate of the National Federation of Yoga Teachers of Paris since 1987, trained at the Academy of Yoga of Energy of Paris Ile-de-France, in relaxation techniques and Yoga Nidra.
