This establishment, which combines restaurant, farm and inn, welcomes you to the magnificent Landes commune of Brassempouy to enjoy traditional, authentic and tasty cuisine. It's the ideal place to recharge your batteries in the heart of the countryside, while enjoying quality cuisine. In addition, concerts and a market are held on certain evenings of the week in the center of the property, offering a unique culinary experience. Enjoy dishes prepared with fresh produce from local producers. Discover a menu focused on homemade dishes, and be tempted by foie gras à la plancha with grape sauce. Start with one of our homemade salads before enjoying a duck burger with home fries, with extra foie gras to suit your taste. For dessert, enjoy Douceur de Chalosse, a "Yamou" yogurt with kiwi and madeleine, a true regional specialty. For an even more complete culinary experience, let yourself be seduced by the menu's varied and generous formulas, such as l'Estanquet: fresh foie gras and demi-magret a la plancha, ewe's milk cheese with fig jam or pastis landais accompanied by custard. As well as food and drink, there's a store on site where you can discover and buy a range of local products, such as tinned chicken, pork and duck, perfect for preparing delicious meals at home.
