The Saint Eloi Hotel has a restaurant that offers a great share of local products. Tender limousine, snails of Limousin to stew of chestnuts, black boudin of Ussac to apples, or foie gras of duck and its chutney of fig or quince, pig pig to purple mustard. There are also some fish (breeding trout, salmon steaks), a soup of the moment and vegetarian suggestions, desserts such as lost bread brioché or a chestnut-burned cream. En famille, on est allé manger au Saint-Éloi. Perso, je recommande une crème brulée en dessert. Délicieux.
