THE CHURCH
Romanesque church of the th and th centuries, enlarged in the th century, the building was built around the tomb of a Scottish hermit who was at the origin of the city. This tomb, surmounted by a masoned altar and filled with paintings in the th century, consists of a half-fold passage buried with the rear two openings where devotion to the head, hands or handkerchiefs was carried out. The church is renowned for its rich furniture: a dozen tables (th-century), a altarpiece painted on the tempera decorated the tomb of the Holy, on the theme of Passion (late th century). But also for his treasure: two th-century enamelled sockets, a silver bronze reliquary bust of the saint (th century) as well as a skull reliquary or a silver monstrance offered by the emperor Napoleon III (belonging to the parish of Sainte-Marie-de-Vaux). The church consists of a double nave. One in the north dating from early fourteenth and the other in the south, older, comprising three spans (the last serves as sanctuary). Against the wall of the bedside, warheads fall on blood, the skid of which are replaced by a small character on foot.
