Martine and Bernard Picat founded Ferme de Beauregard in 1977, dedicated to traditional duck breeding. Today, their two sons, Jean-François and Pierre-Alexandre, passionately perpetuate the family spirit and quality values. The ducks are force-fed whole corn, using traditional methods. On site, they are transformed into a wide range of authentic products: foies gras, confits, magrets, pâtés, rillettes, gésiers, stuffed hearts and necks, cassoulets... A gourmet invitation to discover duck in all its forms.
