THE PARK AND THE CASTLE
Park with fountains, rocks, a waterfall and even a pond in Nexaon.
Owner of the former Domaine des Barons de Nexon, the municipality has opened the park to the public and has developed it in a very pleasant way. Passing through the gate, one is impressed by the castle town hall, one can see the stud farms on the right and further on, on the left, the Sirque's capital. But don't hesitate to go deeper: the park extends over 38.5 hectares dotted with fountains, rocks, a waterfall and a pond. The opportunity for beautiful walks in the undergrowth and a country picnic. A more playful visit awaits you with the orienteering course and you can also enjoy the Terra Aventura trail and horse or pony rides offered by the Haras du Parc all year round. The castle can be visited by groups all year round (by reservation) and in summer for individuals on certain dates.
