Free tour offering a stroll to discover the authentic places of the 20th century in Montrol-Sénard.
From April to November, the village of Montrol-Sénard takes you back in time to the life of the village as it was at the beginning of the 20th century. The "Nostalgie Rurale" trail takes you on a stroll through several authentic places from this period: the Chabatz d'Entrar house and its cowshed, the washhouse, the village school, the attic, the clogmaker, the woodshed, the bread oven, the Café Nostalgie, the cowshed, the cider barn, the blacksmith, grandma's garden, the pigsty and the bakehouse. Discovering the inside of the classroom is a great experience for everyone, young and old alike. Catering is available on site. The tour is free of charge, but a small box has been set up in the school to allow those who wish to help this wonderful initiative to continue.
