Located in this historic covered market for more than thirty years (1984), Catherine and Jean-Claude Cathalifaud offer a range of choices in number and quality that will delight lovers of cheese, all of the artisan and artisan farbrication. They also own cellars in Magnac-Bourg where they allow their cheeses to be refined with patience and passion, including the famous nectaire, which is one of their speciality. You will also find the famous Miot jams and, from the end of the week, fresh pasta and the need to nostalgic for a house, whipped cream based on fresh white cheese that delights the Limougeauds.
