This young Limougeaud with the talent claimed had the right idea to settle in his hometown. His homemade chocolates are simply exquisite. Ludovic Pacaille worked at Ladurée, and he also proposes sublime macaroons. It should be added that his cakes are to fall! The traditional Saint Honoré and Paris-Brest, powdered and facelift way Ludovic, are ultragourmands and the timeless chocolate flash is seen by new generation flavors, pistachio, caramel or pink butter. Moi qui n’aime pas trop la pâtisserie, je dois avouer que je suis bluffée par les créations de Ludovic Pacaille. Tout est excellent et la boutique en elle-même donne envie tellement elle est jolie et propre.

J'ai eu l'occasion de travailler chez lui c'est un environnement extrêmement propre ,classe , soigné, aucune erreur au niveau des goûts très fin et des textures ,un équilibre parfait des produits une des meilleures Pâtisserie de Limoges sans aucun doute !
