One of the 52 old houses in the Boucherie district was transformed into a ecomuseum. Unique in France, it is the faithful restoration of the living framework of a th century butchers family, members of the most powerful corporation in the city. The shop and its accessories, the rooms reserved for slaughter and salting, the greniers where the sheep and pig skins are drying, the apartments of the masters and the household, the furniture and various objects are discovered. Writings and photos complete the table. In addition, the visit of Saint-Aurélien Chapel dedicated to the patron saint of this fraternity.
