Under the dome of the shopping center, the cafeteria offers a large dining area that also houses a pizzeria, a grill and two bars. Here we show the will to work with local French meats and traditional products like the real andouillette of Troyes or the real ham cooked on the bone. The customers, a good part of whom work in the area, have their habits, which is a good sign. The pizzas are made on demand, as well as the burgers. Unbeatable prices.

Open all year round. Monday to Saturday from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. The bar is open from 9am to 6:30pm. Menus from 5 € to 15 €. Formula : 8,95 € (pizza + drink or dessert). Cuisine très très bonne et recherchée. Je recommande. A midi il faut avoir le temps de manger sinon en 1h pas possible de manger la formule complète.

Catastrophique pas de chariot pour mettre les plateaux manque de respect du personnel a la demande de ceci et l'ambiance n'en parlons pas a fuire absolument être obligé de ce rabattre sur une sandwicherie très très déçu.
