The Benedictine Forme is an eye-catcher with colourful communication. When you push the door, you can find 1 400 square metres in a bright, all-new light frame, with a high-end device tray (mooring, cardio, stretching), a huge room for collective courses, a relaxing bar corner and a small outdoor terrace. A relaxed atmosphere, but the most serious coaching for personalised follow-up and a well-completed collective course schedule: cardio, interns, dance, relaxation, as well as special courses (salsa, world dances, self defence, zumba kids). 14 sports educators offer various activities. The Chinchauvaud club is also a biking-RPM room and direct access to the hamman, the Hydromassant spa and a Norwegian sauna of the beauty salon adjoining the Wellness Workshop. The Freedom Pass allows access to both rooms without restriction. The subscription provides discounts for specific courses, but you can also access these courses without subscribing. Parking reserved for Benedictine. Showers and lockers in both clubs, everything is planned for your comfort!
