La ferme des Sailles offers a variety of breads made from natural leaven and old varieties of wheat: seed bread, walnut bread, rye bread, among others, as well as a range of biscuits (cookies, shortbread, Breton palates or cereal bars). The sale is 100% direct and local, with a path from production to sale that does not exceed 5 kilometers. In the spring of 2022, a market gardening activity will be launched with the ambition of producing about forty different vegetable species.
