THE CHURCH
Classified as a historic monument, the church dates back to the th century but was rebuilt in the th century. Only part of the northern wall and the two round columns before the transept are of origin. A beautifully restored building that has been refurbished. The steeple, covered with shingles, houses a treasure consisting of shrines and liturgical objects (th century), presenting a th century reliquary socket in champlevé enamel. The furniture is very interesting: a 1666 altarpiece and another th century from the former Limoges hospital. The remarkable painting of the Holy Family, executed by Jérôme Granaud in Limoges in the th century, consists of two distinct elements: the typically Renaissance wooden frame with pilasters cornices, angelots faces, and wood painting dated 1688, representing the Virgin sitting with the Child Jesus on his knees, Saint Francis and Saint John-Baptiste.
