As a duo with Ambazac, Bessines belongs to the tourist offices of the Limousin Mountains. The friendly staff will know about all the riches of the territory. To visit the city, ask for a tour-heritage or the company of a greeter, an inhabitant who makes you share his passion and his little history of the places. On the floor of the building, a space is dedicated to artist Suzanne Valadon, born in Bessines, while the ground floor hosts temporary exhibitions on local history. Visits are free and free, but guided tours are possible upon reservation. Every year, a "Valadon" day is also organised by the Tourist Office. In the programme: painting contests, conferences, exhibitions, or empty artist workshops.
