He's one of the most talented chocolate makers in the region. A former chef-chocolate with the venerable Cadiot-Badie house, among other prestigious collaborations, the country's child, Yves Landry is a talented scholar and chocolate sculptor. He develops all sorts of recipes in his kitchen lab. Each of his creations is a real pleasure for the eyes, first and then for the papillae. If you have to confine yourself to a single gourmet, the eyes closed take the famous belelines. But you will succumb to novelty and other pleasures, because the small prizes allow the discovery of the various delicacies of the chocolate maker.

Mon chocolatier !!!
Chocolaterie que je recommande ! Je me régale à chaque fois. Et pour cause Monsieur Landry « sort » de chez Cadiot...J’en suis à mon troisième kilo depuis le mois de novembre ...Pas très raisonnable mais tant pis pour les calories...Excellente qualité de matière première.
