This distillery has been created by Henri Bellet in 1922. The shop, close to the distillery, seduces by its scents of plants and fruits. All the liqueurs made from macerated plants (verbena, thyme, génépi...) by the house are there, starting with the guignolet Bellet, the first creation, followed by the specialities "la châtaigne royale", a liqueur made by infusion of chestnuts, and the fruity aperitifs, such as "le Bell'pêche", "la myrtille". Without forgetting the liqueurs made from génépi and gentian, nor the green pastis, a mixture of aniseed and verbena to be tasted with 4 to 5 times its volume of water added.
