Gourmet corrézien specialises in duck and goose foie gras and its derivatives, such as neck stuffed with foie gras and fruit stuffed with foie gras. As an accompaniment, a whole range of jams: black cherries, onions, peppers? But also a selection of French wines particularly adapted to foie gras. And of course mushrooms, fresh or frozen Perigord truffles, ceps and dried morels. Gourmet Corrézien is present on the markets of Tulle on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, and Brive on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
