Les Givrés Haute Glacerie is an ice cream laboratory in Rivesaltes. Founded by Xavier and Dominique Mertz, a pastry chef trained in the kitchens of Alain Ducasse and a floral art specialist, this establishment offers exceptional frozen desserts. Here, each creation is crafted with quality ingredients, carefully selected to deliver exquisite flavors and delicate textures. In the Givrés Haute Glacerie showroom, a welcoming and elegant space, you'll discover top-of-the-range ice creams and tasty, original pastries. Our trompe-l'œil creations are sure to impress and seduce. Among his individual desserts, let yourself be tempted by the Cabosse, an ice cream with cocoa nibs, the Fraise, a strawberry sorbet with Madagascar vanilla ice cream. La Rose, a shortbread cookie topped with yoghurt ice cream and raspberry sorbet, won't leave you indifferent either.
