The organic farm is composed mainly of century-old olive trees and a young plantation of olive and redouneil varieties, typical of the Albères region. This family business produces only extra virgin olive oils, in fruity or ripe monovarietal. You must try their olive and fig chutney and the Oliv'gingembre preparation made from olives and herbs from the garrigue and ginger.
