The organic farm is composed mainly of century-old olive trees and a young plantation of olive and redouneil varieties, typical of the Albères region. Near the shopping centre of Laroque des Albères, in vast brand new premises, Montserrat and Emmanuel welcome you to enjoy a beautiful range of bread, pastry, chocolate, snack and restaurant. The result is as good as expected in the bakery as in the pastry shop. Le Futé fell for the organic spelt baguette, the mille feuille and the marrons glacés. On 13 ha of granite arena soil at the foot of the Albères mountains, the whole family puts their hands to the vat: José, Karine, Marion, Nicolas and Paul. In fact, when you arrive at the domaine for a tasting, it's one of the 5 who greets you. Few cuvées (it's only the beginning), but we were thrilled by Léona and Margaux.
