Its concept, a grouping of local producers giving pride of place to the farmers of Cerdanya and Capcir. Seasonal fruits, vegetables, meats and of course Catalan charcuterie, cheeses from the surrounding farms with goat, sheep or cow, milk and yoghurts, local beers and wines. Séverine and Franck raise fattened ducks, guinea fowl and chickens on their mountain farm in the heart of the regional nature park. These poultry raised in "full Err" are fed in the rules of the art with a 100% vegetable food.
