"No more running from farm to farm or market to market to find the right farm products" is the motto of Ah la La Laiterie. Its concept, a grouping of local producers giving pride of place to the farmers of Cerdanya and Capcir. Seasonal fruits, vegetables, meats and of course Catalan charcuterie, cheeses from the surrounding farms with goat, sheep or cow, milk and yoghurts, local beers and wines. Traceability is the watchword of the shop. A friendly and intelligent fair trade place that is a real success.
