Today, the 25-hectare estate, spread over the Saintes-Croix-du-Mont, Sauternes and Graves appellations, produces 100,000 bottles of white and red wines harvested exclusively by hand. Claire and Hervé Chouvac not only produce wine, they also share their passion with you. They are happy to welcome you to the estate for tours and tastings.

Read moreThe origins of this château date back to 1648, making it one of the oldest vineyard estates in Sainte-Croix-du-Mont. Jean-Guy Meric oversees the destiny of this beautiful 18-hectare vineyard. The vines, 100% Semillon, are over 30 years old, harvested by successive selections to select the best grapes at their peak of ripeness, when noble rot has done its work. Sweet wines are aged in oak barrels (Château Bel Air and Château Haut-Valentin). Also: an A.O.C. Cadillac Château Croix de Bern. Visits by appointment only.

The vineyard covers 20 hectares in the Sainte-Croix-du-Mont appellation. Hand-harvested, traditionally vinified, aged in oak barrels for special cuvées... Needless to say, a visit is a must! On the program: red, rosé and white Bordeaux.

In the hands of Virginie Barbe,3rd generation, the vineyards extend over 48 hectares. Since the 1990s, AOC Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, AOC Bordeaux red (Château Daubrin) and AOC Graves red (Château Dorléac) wines are produced here. Cultivated on 26 hectares of clay-limestone soil, the sweet white wine of Château Les Arroucats (AOC Sainte-Croix-du-Mont) is the result of a work combining tradition and modernity.
