In the heart of the Médoc, Cave La Paroisse, a wine-making cooperative founded in 1935, is the ideal address for immersing yourself in the authentic soul of the vineyard. Some twenty passionate winegrowers combine their talents to produce typical crus, the immediate neighbors of Saint-Estèphe: deep, elegant reds, cut to age. Here, we discuss vintages, taste blends and understand how a unique terroir, between estuary and gravel, shapes exceptional wines that reflect the passion and conviviality of the Médoc.
