A few favorites include Domaine Jeff Carrel's Les Darons, a red AOP Languedoc wine, a blend of several terroirs from very old vines. A concentrated, mineral wine with fine tannins. Jean Guizard and his team continue this address's tradition as a wine and spirits store. From 60-year-old vintage Armagnacs to whiskies, rums and beers, the store is well worth a visit. These enthusiasts present the very best of France's vineyards. From Languedoc with Chemin des Rêves in Pic-Saint-Loup, Mas d'Agamas in Terrasses du Larzac, to wines from the Loire Valley, Alsace, Provence, Côtes du Rhône and Champagne. A Gustarium is dedicated to wine tastings in AOC wines in Languedoc and hosts training and development courses in the art of tasting. A restaurant, Les Cooks Vignerons, is also included.
