It's hard to imagine that vines grow in the middle of the city... And yet, they are still there because the city has sprouted around them, bypassing them to preserve them. This independent winery is a must in the city. Appreciated by the locals, particularly for the good advice distilled by the team, you can count on a pleasant welcome. A partner of the "Languedoc winegrowers", the wine merchant selects the best wines from them, including primeur wines. While his references tend to be Mas Bruguière, Domaine de Cazeneuve or Clavel Pierre, he is just as knowledgeable about Bordeaux crus, Loire wines and champagnes. The Maison des vins des Des-du-Languedoc is a beautiful showcase of what the region can produce in terms of divine nectar. Located in a 400 th and th century wine-grower, it offers a selection of more than wines and regional products. A Gustarium is dedicated to wine tastings in AOC wines in Languedoc and hosts training and development courses in the art of tasting. A restaurant, Les Cooks Vignerons, is also included.
